The Allegan County Medical Care Community (ACMCC) is a skilled nursing center that provides short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, adult day care, and memory care with the goal of attaining each individual’s greatest possible level of independence.
Focusing on the individual’s needs, ACMCC has created a home-style environment where staff members are encouraged to build rapport with residents, lead discussion groups and spiritual activities, as well as provide recreational programs suited for the individual’s needs. |
